Service Description

Clear auric field and absorbed toxic energy with a quick restorative, supportive, and rejuvenating Reiki session. Prepare by doing deep breathing meditation. **Prepare** Once the appointment is scheduled, I will send you the ZOOM invite link. **During** Connect to ZOOM via laptop, PC, cell phone, or tablet, or any other device that has ZOOM. As you sit or lay in a comfortable position, you may want to have Chakra healing frequency music playing. Chakra healing music may be found on most music platforms including YouTube and Spotify. Relax your mind. Let your thoughts settle and imagine that you are in a serene place. Continue to imagine light entering your head and slowly moving through your body and filling up every aspect of your being as the Reiki session begins. **After** Drink plenty of water. Rest as needed. Then resume normal activities, including exercise and stretches (e.g., yoga or full body stretching). An email will be sent with some self-love practices.
